Return & Exchange Policy

eflower by Ji Mei curates product offerings with the freshest florals received daily. In an unfortunate situation where there are damaged products, please take a photo showing the damage and send it to enquiry@eflower.sg within 12 hours of receiving the products. Our customer service will be in touch with an one-to-one exchange.

Product Information

  • The photos represent the thematic style of the floral arrangement.
  • Florals are products of nature; hence, the sizes, shapes, colors, and availability of products vary daily.
  • When certain floral products become unavailable, our designer may make appropriate substitutions of equal or higher value while maintaining the aesthetic style of the arrangement.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation has to be made 48 hours in advance of the delivery date.
  • A $10 cancelation admin fee is chargeable.

Office Operations

  • eflower by Ji Mei will endeavor to reply to all email enquiries within 24 hours upon receipt during working hours.
  • Our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
